In terms of fat loss and permanent weight loss, no. Water weight can change 3-5 lbs per day depending on hydration levels, salt consumption and a whole host of other factors.1

Obviously it doesnt affect fat loss but it does affect permanent weight loss two thirds of your body is water how can it not2

Did you not read what was posted? Water weight fluctuates daily and means nothing - I weigh myself daily and my weight (even when eating the exact same foods) can change 3 lbs up or down daily... that's why water weight doesn't matter - it is not a constant and cannot be counted on.1
