Finally starting to feel better! Went to the doctors on Friday and have a case of bronchitis. Taking my antibiotics for 3 days now and feeling much better! Gonna start working out again tomorrow :) :)

Thank You everyone, I am still sick! It's not the flu, but could be turning into a sinus infection or bronchitis, haven't worked out since the 22nd. Luckily I do not go to the gym to spread my germs around! Wish I had money for a gym membership though. At home seems to be doing wonders for me so far but I can't shake this…

Right now, I really want to start seeing some definition, like my butt and my abs and arms, that's building muscle Right? Say my BMR is 1352 and my TDEE is 2231? What should I do right now? I set my goal at .5 lbs and it's giving me around 1720 (approx. Have to switch over to confirm).

-quiksylver, My bmr is 1411 according to the bar calculator. What exactly is deficit? Right now I set this app to having me eat 1200 calories a day. - Travis, Also, do I need to lose the weight before I start gaining muscle?
