I don’t. I may need to get one because I’m really stumped. Most days I don’t even come close to consuming 1500 calories. I was steadily losing weight until I bumped up my exercises.

Sorry I have been eating under 1700 calories since January which had me losing a little over a pound a week . I just cut down to 1500 yesterday. The weird thing was a month ago my weight went from 174 to 180 then a week later down to 172. Now my weight just keeps fluctuating and hasn’t gone below 173.

I would be thrilled to be 170 by may. Or anything other than 186. I just hate this number. I’ve been sitting at this for 3 years and I’m just ready to be normal again :(

I forgot to post in the second comment that my wedding is in may. I don’t “need” to be 165 but that is what I have put in my goals. I have told everyone that I’m not looking at this like a diet I’m just making healthier choices but honestly I’m not starving with 1400 calories a day. I’m not going to use a scale because I…

Sorry the rest of it didn’t post! I’m keeping my calories below 1500 everyday. My last unhealthy eating day I had 2800 calories :( is 165 before may and 155 before July unrealistic?
