    In the left photo I was 23 years old. I had horrible anxiety and wanted to fade into the background. I never wanted to draw attention to myself.

    In the right was taken on Friday. I am 38 years old now. My anxiety is nonexistent, I am still not a fan of attention but I share my story to hopefully inspire others.

    If this ordinary girl can do it, so can you 🌺

      I started at 245 lbs. I am currently 144 lbs, so I am down 101 lbs. I have 9 lbs to my goal :smile:
