I’d greatly enjoy a meal prepared by a robot... The technology looks promising. At least I know it was prepared safely... I have a really hard time eating out to begin with, I don’t trust that anyone washes their hands or follows the correct procedures for sanitation..

My only advice is stay away from jealous people.:... People that didn’t know me before my weight loss would always make comments along those lines after I mentioned how much weight I lost.

I’m going to go with abs. I can see the formation of where my abs would be but I still have a lot of body fat to cut before I can see them... But my abs will definitely not be six packs 😔..... I only see four formation lines on my stomach.. I’m assuming that’s how you can tell what type of abs you’ll end up with 🤔

I’m a tall female and plan on achieving the body of a VS angel. I have the genetic material so I really want to know what the hype is about.. Ughh that sounds vain but it is what it is.

Not always.. There are many factors involved.. In my family (mother’s side) for example all the females look younger when thin and older when weight has been gained whether they are young or old. So far this has held true for me as well.

Usually I donate the rest of my candy to a local organization. In my own experience this is the best solution for myself otherwise I will binge on the candy and end up with a sore stomach.

Update: So it turns outs that my body fat percentage wasn’t right at all... I did a retest and it turns out I’m 25%. There were several factors that made my body fat percentage incorrect to begin with. I’m happy I’ve got the right numbers now but I don’t think I will ever test my body fat again for awhile.

No one ever had the audacity to say this too my face when I was bigger however they didn't hide their disgust either. It's different though when you lose weight.
