I have two children 5 and 3 yrs. We're in the uk and they do clubs. My daughter does ballet, tap dancing , swimming and gymnastics. She loves it. It means we're super busy after school but it's good exercise and she just thinks she's doing a fun club. Maybe look up a trampoline club? Could be something she really enjoys…

The 10,000 steps definitely helps keep more active and I've found does make a difference to my results. I have 2 young children so I dont get the chance to go to the gym.

Tuesday 2nd week back at it and 2.7lb down and I'm doing 10,000 steps a day. Feeling really positive and determined. Goal this week is to track on the weekend. Don't want my hard work in the week to go to waste. Hope everyone is doing well 😊

I've always wondered about this. I've heard over and over that you should finish eating before 7 in the evening or have your biggest meal of the day at lunch time. Hi, If you are feeling dizzy and tired it's definitely worth looking at the quality of food you are eating. Plenty of fruit and veg and home cooked meals. Also plenty of water. Lots of protein too. So at the moment my lbs/week is saying week: + 0.29 so on average this week I've put on 0.29 lbs. Three months is - 1.54lbs so does mean three months ago I was losing on average 1.54lbs a week? Thank you all for your informative replies. I don't have time to go to the gym (I have 2 young children) so home workouts and walking are my only means of exercise. I won't be looking at the graph so much or let it affect how I feel about my work out. I think it just helps me push myself and not be 'lazy' with my workouts.…
