What's a positive thing you've done today to reach your goals?
I have a fit bit and my aim is to do 10,000 steps a day. Today I was running a bath before getting into bed but had only done 8,500 steps. So what so I do . . . . March on the spot to get to 10,000. It was last thing I wanted to do after a long day but I did it and it feels good. 🚶♀️ Anyone else made a positive decision…

Recommendations for a 'trendy' activity tracker
I have a fitbit charge at the moment and its chunky and doesn't look very nice. I always notice I'm wearing it too.Can anyone reccomend a a fitbit or perhaps a different brand where actual watch is quite nice to look at and comfortable. Tips for using libra
Hi, I,ve recently got the app libra and I am tracking my weight daily. Any tips on how to use it. I,ve entered my weight, goals and my weigh ins since January . Reading the statistics I'm slightly confused , maybe there're a better weight trending app? Any help appreciated .

If coffee ok on a diet?
Hi, I love a coffee or two though out the day. I just have it with milk. Obviously you hear black coffee suppresses your appetite but alot of diets cut caffeine. Any thoughts appreciated.

How long should you heart rate be in the cardio zone?
Hi, I've just started doing exercise videos at home on top of 10,000 steps a day. They are about 20/25 minutes long. This is the 1st time I've worked out in years. I have a fitbit and it monitors my heart rate . How long should I try and get my heart rate into the cardio zone? Any help appreciated.

1st week in and no loss
Hi, I'm 1 week down and my weight hasn't changed . Looking at my food diary there are obvious things that arnt amazing ie: lots lot wine on one night but I feel so disappointed. I used to eat late every night and snack constantly so my calorie intake is a lot lower. I know it's only been a week but I just feel so dejected…
