Daily challenge ideas

Hi,

This week I've challenged myself to do 10,000 steps a day. So far, so good. I've felt a real sense of achievement doing this.

Next week I'm planning on continuing with the 10,000 steps a day and adding an extra challenge.

Any ideas of what i could Do? It could be physical or diet related, I'm open to ideas.

Feel free to add me.

    Every janurary i help my body out after my christmas binging by focusing on eating "clean" ...I always eat pretty much plant based and "clean" But i focus on not making all my food hyperpalatable...I stay mindful of adding sauces and salt and sugars so more calories are open for nutrient dense foods.

    Could do something simillar its a good exercise to practice. Sort of like taste bud training. Over my year especially holidays my tongue gets all messed up from to much fat and sugar i just noticed i was using more sauces/salt/sugar in general so i cut way back :p

    Think of your weakness food or a food you think may be making an appearance in your diet to often when maybe it shouldnt be and try cutting it out for a bit?

    Its a good reminder that you can live without some things just fine if not feel beter off :p Hard to know when i dont know what you eat

    Hi,

    When you say plant based do you mean a vegan diet?

    I definitely over use salt. I season food like a mad lady. Use too much salt and too much black pepper so could definitely cut back on that.

    I have two little ones and I will have a bite of what ever they're eating now and again . So they might be having some chocolate and I'll have a nibble. It's better then having a whole bar to myself but I definitely need to try and stop because it all adds up.
