Six pounds first week. Two pound every week after. My mfp is set for losing two pounds per week which IS healthy.

No it isn't you always lose mote in your first week and 2 pounds per week is healthy

It isn't undereating. I walked to account for the blowout which worked wonders.

Turns out a blowout isn't so bad after all. I lost 3 lbs this week

I have a terrible fear of the water after falling in to a stream when I was young.

Unfortunately I can't swim. Cycling was too high impact as painful knees. Yoga sounds good.
