Feeling the need for a blowout after being so good. I lost a stone in 5 weeks . Pigging out on chicken nuggets and a few sweets. Please tell me I am not the only one ????

With how quickly you lost, that isn't surprising. How many calories are you eating a day?2

Please don't post "why did I gain 5 lbs overnight" or "why didn't I lose" for at least 2 weeks after your blowout. Just sayin.13

I seriously thought you meant that you had been so good, you wanted to reward yourself with a blowout (hair blow dry and style) at a salon. Sigh, if only if were that easy...3 -
