Blowout!!

Feeling the need for a blowout after being so good. I lost a stone in 5 weeks . Pigging out on chicken nuggets and a few sweets. Please tell me I am not the only one ????

    I seriously thought you meant that you had been so good, you wanted to reward yourself with a blowout (hair blow dry and style) at a salon. Sigh, if only if were that easy...

    That just means you are massively under eating. What are your stats?

    It isn't undereating. I walked to account for the blowout which worked wonders.

    No it isn't you always lose mote in your first week and 2 pounds per week is healthy

    Six pounds first week. Two pound every week after. My mfp is set for losing two pounds per week which IS healthy.

    Not for everyone. If it's greater than 1% of your weight it's too much.
