Yes but I use powdered peanut butter with 1 sweetner packet for less calories. I put it in and on many things like my smoothies, oatmeal, rice cakes, and baking items.

I have lost over 85lbs so most to nearly all of my cloths don't fit even some I bought as I was losing weight. I have donated a small handful of cloths that were just beyond ridiculously big such as, a 2x when i am now a medium to large size.
