Yea im no longer a teen though this weight all happened last year when i was around 56kg

Im 23 5ft 8 and do treadmil 3 tines a week but am on my feet all day at work

Ive managed to keep it and not put anything on which is good its jusr the last bit

So im still exactly the same weight, eating healthy not snacking anymore not sure whether its just taking a very long time or im being impatient, i have 7 kilos left to loose but wont shift im suffering with really bad ibs too

Ok other things isnt happen as i suffer with ibs too so i get bloated easily
