Have you started weighing out your food and tracking every single thing you ate like the others suggested?

This might sound a bit harsh, but if you want to get serious about weight loss its time to start weighing your foods, it has such an impact and will make a HUGE difference. Eyeballing portion sizes will never be accurate. Weighing foods is key to success - for one thing it will let you become aware of portion sizes. Plus if you know you have been accurately recording your intake and staying at a calorie deficit then weight loss will follow sooner or later.

    That's the best plan
If you had been truly eating only 1200 calories a day you WOULD be losing. The fact that you are not tells you that you are eating much more than that. The scales will show you that. Come back in a few weeks time to update us on your progress because I am certain once you start weighing foods you will see movement on the scales.

    All the best.

I’m on the same boat :( a lot of people i see keep loosing weight daily and I’m not. I work out 4-5 days a week and eat clean and nothing seems to fasten the process.

Forget about others, everyone is different. Daily weight loss does not happen after the initial water weight whoosh or unless those in question have loads to lose... your expectations are too high, keeping logging your food, stay within your calories and keep working out, it will pay off eventually.

7lbs is doable but it takes being really diligent about calorie intake. Last year I decided to cut further and drop 5lbs it took me two months and I still ate 1700 cals on average a day. I'm only lightly active and 5ft 2.

I don't log my food any more but if you check out my diary I have input two days, yesterday and today as examples - I am not one of these clean eaters btw lol but I know what I'm doing as I'm 5 years at goal weight and manage my weight easily.

if your weight has been stable and not going up or down then you are maintaining your weight. which means you are eating maintenance calories so no you wont lose weight. you also said you had 7 lbs to lose but another post says 7 kilos so which is it? if its 7 lbs its going to take awhile to come off.

You are not logging your food. How do you know how many calories you are eating?

The advice you have been given above to weigh and measure ALL your food was sound. If you did this and stuck to the calorie allowance given by MFP you would have lost weight.

The fact that you are not losing means you are not eating at a calorie deficit.

52 kilos is 114 lbs.. so that would be 24 lbs(11 kilos) from 63kilos to 52kilos. not 7. so if you have 24 lbs to lose and its not coming off you need to be more accurate with food intake and start weighing everything on a food scale. and try and set your loss for .5 lb a week. its still going to be slow though. but since you havent lost anything in a few months that means you are eating enough calories to maintain your weight and you are NOT in a deficit.
