5'7.5"//Starting weight: 330+//Current weight: 237 I've shared before, but this is where I'm at currently- 93lbs down, but have lost around 75+inches which is what I would prefer as I enjoy strength training. My goal is to be FIT by 40 (6 months away) meaning strong NOT skinny. I just happened to notice over the weekend…

91 lbs down BUT also over 75" down. 330lbs to 239 currently. Balanced diet, weightlifting, and boxing have helped me achieve what I have so far. Ultimate goal is to be strong, not skinny. :-)

How cold I am all the time. How emotional weight loss can be-I cry all the time out of sheer pride. How those little NSV's will get ya- from sliding right into a movie theater seat without thinking twice to crossing my legs to not worrying if I'll fit in a booth to being capable of running- these are the life changing…

1/ When I started working out (at the gym), I could row for about 2 (about 500 meters) minutes. Less than a year later, I'm rowing 2 miles. 2/ I fit comfortably into a Large (down from a 3x/26-28 pant)-shopping is actually starting to be fun! 3/ My BP has come down to 112/68 (from 140/88) and stayed consistent for a year.

Started at 330 (size 26/28)-currently at 249(size 14/16). I'm 5'8 and I've lost 77+inches overall. Still wanting to lose another 80lbs or so, but my goal is to be strong!

A different before and after- I've lost 81lbs so far in my journey, but this is a 5 month weightlifting transformation. Don't trust the scale when it refuses to move because THIS might be happening. :-) There is "only" 12 lbs between these photos.

75lbs down and counting. Started at 330lbs & currently at 255lbs/size 3x/26-28 to a L/16. The biggest nsv for me so far is that I've lost a total of 61.5" total from my body. If you don't measure- please do it! You'll be surprised at how much your body will change while on a weight loss journey- especially if you are…

I've been making homemade oat/granola type bars andddd my personal fave now is PB2 balls made with xylitol, arrowroot powder, unsalted butter, pb2 and dark chocolate. Sweeter than any real peanut butter ball I've ever had! Delish!

Not a huge fan of packaged foods now that I've been learning more and more, BUT, I just found skinny pop popcorn cakes (I can't remember the exact name). They are low calorie/low fat and have three ingredients. My go to in a hurry is popcorn. I've been making homemade quinoa/oat bars which is basically mixing the…

Two suggestions (sorry if these have been suggested already)- sweet potato cut into thin slices, brush a thin layer of oil of your choice (the healthier the better!) And seasoning of your choice and bake until crispy. Also, won ton wrappers cut into fourths- same with oil, seasoning and baking. Won tons bake in the matter…
