I had WW for a little but and it didn't work for me. It would give you a crazy amount of points for snacks/meals that weren't even that high in calories because it's not considered "healthy." If you can eat really clean WW works wonders but if you like snacks and such MFP is easier

Yeah I'm thinking in gonna look into it, that seems to be a common suggestion on this thread so far and I think it would definitely be helpful for me. Even before talking to my doctor I've always been a super picky water which definitely contributed to my weight gain and health issues

I do like low fat dairy and chicken. I've never tried whole wheat pasta or lentils but I still have yet to find a vegetable I like

I haven't asked, but definitely something I could look into. I wanna try and completely cut out fast food and processed food and start exercise regularly again and see if the helps. And cutting down the Alcohol to special occasions only

No, I'm not typically feeling hungry still after meals. On my days off work I could probably drink more water but usually when I'm working I'm drinking water throughout the day. I am also eating slightly more fruit and a lot more protein.

Not really no, I've been eating more fiber but I'm not eating a super crazy amount, I'm usually still under my fiber goals most days.

I started about the same weight as you (195.7) and it's really hard sometimes but you feel good once you start making progress and it gets easier. I started 3 weeks ago and down 8 pounds so far and it feels awesome

I love the zero ultra monsters, they have a few different colors and they're all good and have no calories or sugar. The also have monster absolutely zero (no calories or sugar also) that tastes exactly like the original green one.

I do the 30 minute circuit, treadmill for 15 minutes, and some sort of leg/arm weights for 10-15 minutes. It's something I don't mind doing and you get a mix of cardio, steps, and weights

I was always heavy and gained about 30 pounds this last year. I kept saying I was gonna lose weight and didn't because of laziness and liking to eat what I want. Went to the doctor recently and my cholesterol is extremely high. I NEED to get my cholesterol down and I want to get this weight off and feel good about myself.

I was in weight watchers for a few months and I personally like MFP better. Some people like the meetings for WW but as far as strictly online MFP has been easier for me so far. Especially if youre like me and still like your snacks and treats sometimes, WW is really restrictive with those things.

I'm also a big pasta/pizza/ carb person and a really picky eater. I usually buy personal pizzas/single serve pastas and such so I don't overdo it. Baked chips are a big one too. I try and squeeze water and some fruit in with my meal so I get full and don't stuff my face. Maybe have one cheat meal a week as long as it won't…

There's a lot of foods I don't like, mostly veggies and that sort of thing so it's hard for me to find healthy foods that I like. I'm willing to try some stuff again and see maybe if I like them now. Just a lot of stuff that I like to eat is junk and now i just feel stuck and what kind of healthy meals to make.
