Hi all, i work in an office type environment and we ban food at all desks ( to save on calories and mess lol plus our boss hates it) so we opened a little tuck shop with fruit and healthy snacks at super cheap prices. Then all of the proceeds go to our staff night out! Just an idea works for us! Xx

Still a big move hun! I live in England and I was terrified to move towns never mind to Wales lol! Stay strong and keep it up you’re doing great! 7 lbs is a lot! X

Mams are the strongest out there guys! We can do this! We bring our Little’s ones safely into this world and we’re left to pick up the pieces of our bodies lol! Im a freak I loose so much weight when I’m pregnant and then pile it on after! Go figure!!! Xx

Stay strong hun, I can’t imagine what you’re going through sending you much love! You don’t have to do this journey alone! There are so many brilliant and supportive people on here to help! X
-
Feel free to add me! I find its always harder when you have kids as they take up a lot of your time and attention! Lol. Stay positive and there are some really inspirational and supportive people in here who can help you through this journey! X

Sometimes life gets in the way and when you’ve got kids and work full time your attention gets pulled to that and as a busy mam your needs are bottom of the pile lol. I was in the same boat so I do HIIT training you can do a good circuit in 7 minutes a few of those a day work for me! Feel free to add me! X

Hi Everyone! I’m Taylor feel free to add me friend and support are always a bonus on this journey!
-
Nice response from the husband! My bloke is the same Haha. Stay strong and you can do this, if you did it once you can do it again! We can’t predict life or the crap it throws at us and sometimes diets and exercise are at the bottom of the pile but dust yourself off and let’s smash this!
-
Yeah one day/week of indulging won’t completely throw you off! Definitely agree with comments made accept you ate something you could of done without and move on!! Why not do it once a week like on a weekend share some sweets with the kids or a bottle of wine with a friend! I do and I feel it helps to know I have that…
-
Good for you! People are super supportive on here it’s definite a good place to start. Simple and small changes can go a long way and are easy to maintain. The changes don’t have to be drastic a little more exercise and healthier eating are all good starting points. Feel free to add me.

I agree, it’s not the best way to think! It’s a hard cycle to break I want to enjoy this journey not have a fractured perspective on the good exercise and dieting can do! Any advice to break it?
-
Yeah I definitely agree with kballsocc! Have a meal but skip something with it that you probably won’t mind like the example given eat the awesome burger and pass on the buns or have say have a salad instead of the fries. But don’t stick to your diet the full time your away! Eat some food, enjoy some wine/beer, relax!…

The guilt does kinda help! But I feel like that’s wrong because I really beat myself up about it when it’s not the end of the world if I skip one session to go out or something. I do enjoy spinning and HIIT training but feel like It’s all or nothing. What types of exercises do you guys find fun or effective?
-
Thanks guys, the calorie limit is absolutely fine that’s probably one of the things I’m happy with. I think it’s mabye me being impatient with the slow weight loss (even though I know it’s healthier to only loose 1/2 lbs a week!) and the exercise side of it. I try to exercise at least 5 times a week spinning classes, HIIT…

To wear all the clothes you want to and look awesome in them!!
-
Yeah I started on 1200 a day I do spinning 2 x a week for 20 minutes a time and 2 x a week circuit training (HIIT training) 10-15 minutes works really well and the exercise is really enjoyable! Slow and steady wins the race!

It’s good to know we’re all in the same boat! Dieting is never easy! Especially after Xmas.
