Describe the brick wall/struggle. Is it hard to stick to your calorie deficit? Is it hard to be patient with slow weightloss? Or?0

Thanks guys, the calorie limit is absolutely fine that’s probably one of the things I’m happy with. I think it’s mabye me being impatient with the slow weight loss (even though I know it’s healthier to only loose 1/2 lbs a week!) and the exercise side of it. I try to exercise at least 5 times a week spinning classes, HIIT training etc but it’s hard to stick to! And it makes me feel really guilty not sticking to it!0

How is the guilt helping you?2

Find exercise that you look forward to. It need not be hyper intense, regular moderate exercise is very good for your health. Walking, yoga, Wii games, swimming, volleyball, ice hockey... whatever you will actually look forward to.1

The guilt does kinda help! But I feel like that’s wrong because I really beat myself up about it when it’s not the end of the world if I skip one session to go out or something.
I do enjoy spinning and HIIT training but feel like
It’s all or nothing.
What types of exercises do you guys find fun or effective?0 -

That's a very very harmful state of mind. Try to change it or it will hinder your progress.2 -
I agree, it’s not the best way to think! It’s a hard cycle to break I want to enjoy this journey not have a fractured perspective on the good exercise and dieting can do! Any advice to break it?1

Perhaps you have too high an expectation on yourself.
An “ALL OR NOTHING” attitude, will see you burn out and become resentful.
Resulting in you walking away.
Take dolly steps.
Do something enjoyable. A little at a time.
Ease into it.
Enjoy food. Enjoy exercise.
Take this journey one step at a time.
One day at a time.
THIS HAS TO BE A LIFETIME COMMITMENT-
For it to be sustainable.
So what’s the the rush.
Ease the pressure of yourself.
Believe in who you are and TRUST THE PROCESS.4
