I'm ready to start getting back into shape! After being diagnosed with POTS last year, and getting into a car accident where I shattered my ankle and two vertebra a few months later, my fitness has gone downhill quite a bit. I used to lift 6 out of 7 days a week, and do cardio 3 days a week. I was on bed rest for almost 4 months, then had extensive physical therapy for another six, so basically all muscle I had is gone, I've gained about 8lbs, and I'm starting from square one. I thought about starting in January, but quickly remembered how much I hate the crowded gyms in January's. So here's to a great February! Cheers, folks!

    I certainly hope so. Haha That was only the beginning of the turmoil that was last year. However, things have already seemingly gotten better, so I'm holding on to that.
