Pretty sure that's a Garmin flaw in general. I have the same issue. I just put my floors climbed goal at a really high number because it kept buzzing at me for goal reached. Usually while I was sitting at my desk.

Honestly, I log my excersise on my fitness pal and then let the two apps sync. My one issue with connect is that the variety of exercises is limited, especially if you're timing it with the band.

I've got the vivosmart HR and it's been the best watch/tracker I've ever had (of course I've only ever had 2 but this blows jawbone way out of the water)

Love my Garmin vivosmart HR. Not once yet have I had an issue with it and MFP.

I bought some Wal-Mart jeans for 8 bucks and some leggings off Amazon that didn't break the 9 dollar mark. I hate spending more than ten bucks on any clothing item (unless it's a hoodie)

It's a pain in the rear to pick up things again. I would know, I'm a serial start/stop person. But between my Garmin vivosmart HR, the daily yoga app, and my fitness pal, I already feel better about my health.

Substitution was the key for me. I would swap my chips for almonds and stuff like that. Portion control was also a big help.

I actually use Daily Yoga. I've tried others but I always go back to that one.
