Yah that makes sense. I should undo the sync for them completely because everything I enter into mfp will sync to Fitbit and that wasn't what I wanted it was vice versa lol fitbit is way more confusing then garmin but thank u guys :) I'm going to just start doing it manually and keep them separate

So can I log my workout manually on top of having the calories burned from steps? After my workout today I burned 300 cals...didn't show on mfp though it did show 188 cals burned from steps....but as of now it shows around 500-600 cals burned from steps (from roughly 12000 steps) I don't want to over compensate myself but…

Google top 10 belly fat burning foods. They're not miracle foods but any help is good help when trying to lose belly fat...some foods aid specifically in burning "belly fat" ...worth a try right!?

I don't actually I just prefer it over strength training. I'm not looking to bench press my weight or anything I'd rather be able to do more reps and sets then to be able to lift 150lb deadlift. I just want to proportion everything and shape my arms and chest a bit.

I've learned we are ALL here for the same reason. Therefore we should ALL be here for each other....after writing this thread I got so much love and support it was almost overwhelming! I added alot of like minded people and things are looking up...I may be physically doing this on my own but I look forward to opening MFP…

First off let me applaud your 60lb weight loss!!! That's amazing....but it's even more amazing to know that you still stuck to it while dealing with the weight of everything else. It's hard enough finding spare minutes to yourself when we have kids...but even harder when you're doing it alone without the support of friends…

I'm trying to build up enough courage to walk into a gym. I don't feel like I belong there just yet if that makes any sense. I don't know where to begin and don't want to make a fool of myself. But maybe just taking a leap of faith would do me some good!!!

I know. So what I'm getting from the responses is to eat less and get a scale to weigh everything.. I just worry that eating any less then I am will prompt my body to go into starvation mode and have the reverse affect.
