Hello. My names Brooklyn. I’m 24. My starting weight was 180 at the beginning of the year and I’m down to 160. My goal is 135 but all I want to be is healthy and happy with my body. My fitness goals right now is to do a push up and pull up which is still a ways from accomplishing but I’m determined to reach my goals and make new ones. Add me so we can help motivate and hold each other accountable.

Sounds like me. I'm 29 yrs old. I started at 185lbs at the end of January. I've made it to 170lbs so far but I'd like to reach 135lbs again. My goal is to just feel great enough to run around with my kids without feeling sluggish. I'm not doing any strength training right now just lots of walking and at home workouts. Sounds like we could be good motivation buddies. .0
