Seeing my curves and my clothes fitting nice. Going on vacation usually throws me off because I have no schedule.

Very similar. Mile or two run, then strength training (lower and upper), stair master, high intense cardio with intervals. So far the weight has been coming off, just slow. Cleaned up my diet a lot. I try not to eat after 7pm and have at least one salad a day.

My brother and sister in laws baby shower. They bought me this really cute shirt that says “best aunt ever” and I really want to fit in it comfortably:)

Rest day yesterday. Let’s see if I can do some cardio today. Also two more days until I get a week off work! @daloverlyme that sounds intense! Also I have no idea what the answer is for the riddle. When will you give us the answer?

Spin class yesterday, weights, and stair master. Legs are feeling it today.

Sunday is typically a rest day for me, but since I won't be able to make it to the gym tomorrow I am going in today. I plan on doing a 2 mile run, 15 - 20 minutes stair master, light lifting, and stretching.

2 more miles yesterday :smile: total of 6 so far this week; planning one mile Saturday and aiming for 25 for March. Starting to see results! Still struggling with late night cravings, but held out last night. No gym today - resting and having some fun. Have a great day guys!

Did 2 *kitten* miles yesterday (pace was horrible) - legs were burning from the stair master from the day prior. At least I got something in. Rest day today. Been struggling with late night sweet cravings.

Spin ended up getting cancelled, so did the elliptical and stair master 15 minuets each, then a light session of weights. Today 2 miles right after work :smile: How is everyone doing? What types of exercise do you guys do?

@fromsoms I just bought new running shoes so that has me hyped for March! I have a goal to run at least 25 miles these month and aim for a 11:30 minute mile. Thanks for asking!

3 days into March already...How is everyone doing??

Hiya teammates :) I am working on losing about 30ish pounds. Running has helped me lose weight in the past, so I started running again so the weight should come off as long as I keep eating right and stay committed. Hoping this group adds to my accountability on MFP.
