After dropping 9 kg in five weeks, it had to come to this. Looking forward to next week and probably better numbers then. Not to bad though: lost 1 cm around neck and to fra waist since last week.2 -

Today’s weight: 190.2
3.2 pounds lost this week! I’m pleasantly surprised. This week was my birthday week, and I went out to eat a few times, so I was nervous about how that might reflect on the scale, but it turned out good. ^^
My waist is also 32.5 inches as of yesterday, the smallest it’s ever been, and that pretty much marks 10 inches off of my waist since the beginning of my journey! (I started with a 42 inch waist)
And lastly, I went out clothes shopping two days ago, and I can now shop in straight sizes, and fit into a size large! I’m so excited. I got a few cute, new things that I love. (I started out wearing a size 3x)
I’m very satisfied with this week.
