    Did 2 *kitten* miles yesterday (pace was horrible) - legs were burning from the stair master from the day prior. At least I got something in. Rest day today. Been struggling with late night sweet cravings.

    They seem to come and go with me, lately had a long period without feeling like anything sweet, nothing around the house. But there’s plenty of other empty calorie things around the house to make up for that.

    @luvmy4girlz : how did you manage 112 oz of water. I suffer through the 64 oz I am supposed to drink!. Any suggestions?

    @Merlotmom16 - I used to hate plain water and drank crystal light forever. I've slowly reduced the sweetener and now drink lemon water with a pack of Splenda. It's like a super light lemonade. Otherwise, water is all I drink. Soda has never really been a problem because I can't handle the carbonation. I have a 24-ounce water bottle that I carry with me everywhere. Hope this helps.

    My mom had surgery on Tuesday. Yesterday was a very sedentary day for her recovery and my meal schedule got messed up. Didn't get to walk as much and good choices were not optimal. Did the best I could and only over by 57 cal, so not too worried in the long run. I'm a slow and steady loser so one day should not have a huge impact. WI day is Friday, so we'll have to wait and see.

    I had to work several extra hours today, so I was not able to make it to the gym. However, I did make sure that I ate clean. That's got to count for something, right? :)

    Friday 9 March (In Australia, so probably ahead 16hrs of most here, and Friday night is about to start)

    And I’m OUT this day (free day). Even a punishing cardio 1000cal in an hour isn’t going to save me this time.

    The blow out planned will be enormous, enough to sink the titanic.

    Still new at this…so I learn the costs of having a ‘big night’

    (yeah, that’s what I keep telling myself…lol)
