            Been celebrating my wifes birthday, so too much cake and food a couple of days, and with temperatures falling ti 10/15 below zero, it's too cold for me to run outside. Man I look forward to spring...
 This Weekend I laid down my plan for workouts for the next 15 weeks. (I use a small notebook for planning, and it contains 15 weeks...)
 So to bee accountable I will lay may targets down here:
 Weight: from 226,6 till 209,4
 Bodyfat: from 27,9% till 22,0%
 Waist: from 107 till 97
 Running index from 43 to 50 (estimated 10 k: 61minutes now, 52.30 min mid june)
 Bench, Squat and Deadlift: Increase relative numbers with 10%, aka almost maintain personal records, and drop 17lbs. (records are 243, 342 and 430)

            Happy first day of Spring! It has been a rough week it seems for most! I do not think I'm going to see a change in the scale this week, either. What a strange week it has been for our team. At least we stick together! Next week is our week, or maybe the week after . .

 No loss or gain this week. Still not eating and exercising like I should. As things wrap up with my grandmother things will settle back down and I can return to having full focus on my health again. Step 1 is today, going to the grocery store to pick up a couple of items to end the eating out crap.2

 Thank you. She has stage 4 lung, brain, and adrenal gland cancer. It is now in her spleen and liver. She's been on hospice. We value every day we have with her.2
