It feels different . You will get there . I always told myself no matter what I did, I would never see 199 lbs. I was broke. I won't lie...I cried and weighed myself 20 times, on two different scales to make sure.5 -

Bad water day. The rest was expected. I have a cheat meal for the fish fry on Fridays during lent. It was baked fish, but loaded in butter and the couple glasses of wine and side of haluski didn't help0 -

I worked really hard to lose this water weight that had been making me extremely uncomfortable. I am so thankful for this group. It is because I knew I had a team depending on me that I stayed on track (even at times when I didn't want to).
With that said, although y'all got 11.8 pounds out of me (water weight) this week, I probably only have 1-2 pounds each week going forward. I will try for more, but we'll see.3 -
Exercise, kcal and logging done.
Even though I made pizza for the whole family (or at least me, my wife, her son and our baby girl, mine two other will be joining again next week). So full and not looking forward to weigh in on monday3 -
