thanks for the replies! im currently still working on losing right now but i like to think ahead at what i'll do for maintenance. i dont mind counting calories but the idea of having to constantly count calories for the rest of my life just to maintain doesn't seem ideal.

just be aware if you take public transport (buses, trains etc) it can drastically up your steps even if your just sitting.

just aim to lose 2 pounds a week. you wont hit your goal by the end of march but you will be close. if you rush weight loss your much more likely to gain it back or fail
