Thanks. It means alot to know that others are in similar situations and that we made a place where we are all comfortable with seeking advice. Even yesterday i ate pizza with my remaining calories and didnt feel bad about it because my mindset is based on a lifestyle choice instead of a quick diet.

I eat bad things and too much calories i intake and always going to the corner store. But this week i ate good and only had one. I believe a cheat day its not the end of the world, but in my past experiences i was regretful of the cheat day because i over did it and ate way too much. Its all about controlling your appetite and dont be upset if you do eat too much think of it as proteins lol.

Same but i changed my minset about working out and making it a lifestyle choice not something im forcing myself to do for a diet. I want to be a better me and do what my weight always stopped me from doing.

For this month ill stop just thinking about goals and workout and eat healthier for a better lifestyle. While I'll keep my goals but look at the bigger picture.

Girl i feel you im 20 and i weight 291 and its preventing me from living my life and i cant keep procastinating with my health so im ready. Even if i keep delaying it off and failing ima keep trying because i want and need this to work.

I always give excuses too, but im tired of it and it takes one day at a time. I always thought i needed support from others 2 keep me on track and im learning that only i can motivate myself and only i can push myself to workout because its my body not theres.

I always get hungry before my period so when im just eating to eat then i know its comming. I don't get cramps much but i feel cramps when i use the ladies room. What are some healthy snacks around the period time to aviod bad cravings.

I just brought a scale from walmart and i know about the smoothies thats why i have to be careful with them.
