Thats why im succeeding in my journey this time around to lose weight and become healthier because i stopped thinking in diet terms and started to realize i wanted a lifestyle change and this is the longest i ever worked out and stayed on track. I have some bad days but since it's for a lifetime i dont worry about it.

If your eating healthy you should of seen results in the first week even if its just one 1lb. But when you add working out even if its just 30 minutes of your day it makes a difference too. For me personally, i cant do one without the other. if im eating healthy i will workout too because just eating healthy doesnt work…

Thanks i heard alot about the keto diet good and bad and honestly i think any diet is ok for short terms alone because your body need nutrients and then your going to have to take suppliments just to make up for it. Yea it's always the same for me every summer i stay in my room because i dont wanna sweat or go outside or i cant do what others do because i overheat quickly. But oh no not this year ima burn up in the sun lol and go on walks and carry a rag. I am breaking this cycle.

I can support you but theres only little i can do, but every voice that says you can do it is better than no voice at all. When u create a habit sometimes u get too comfortable and don't step out of your comfort zone. You have to get used to working out alone because then others will hold your goals back if there not on…

When i work out then have a cheat day it last for weeks then turn into months and i lose all progress and gain more. So the fact that u can catch yourself and get back to the gym ahead of time is good because you should enjoy what you want to eat but dont let it ruin your goals.

When working on your abs if you feel pain then stop or find different movements. Its supposed to burn but not hurt.
