Layne is pretty great! @sardelsa you are making some good gains! I am finding it hard to keep maintenance diet during my recovery period hehe I want to keep up my bulk but no training ;)

Sadly, just pulled my back so I'll be backing off the strength training for a bit, as it hurts to pick anything up. I am going to attempt to keep up the walking/steps with new shoes coming in Monday!

Agree with the others of how to bounce back from a binge: don't over-exercise. Don't undereat (trust me this leads to more binges). Do you guys reduce calories during de-loads? JW, as I am currently in isolation and taking this as a deload with just bodyweight and 2 lower weight dumbbells.

Almost exact same stats as you, except I was one in shorter and it took me a full year to lose the last 10 lbs. Keep grinding the deficit and start resistance training if you can; the muscle makes your body look a lot better!
