Eating 7-9g of fat prior to a workout
Hi all, I just saw a few articles that advise against eating fat before a workout. I usually eat breakfast, which contains 7-9g an hour before working out. Anyone else do this? I will probably test NOT doing this to see if it makes a real impact.

Anyone else overhydrate?
Does anyone else overhydrate? I think I drink too much water and my electrolytes plummet. I also eat pretty clean but try to salt everything! Urine Is just about clear but man I move a lot and just get thirsty!

Workout ‘snacks’

Deceptive nutrition labels!
Anyone see foods out there with deceptive labels, be it they do not count fiber under carbs or total calories, etc.? I'll go first. These "Carb Counter" Wraps did not add up total fiber into total calories. These are actually 93.5 calories, NOT 50. That was so disappointing to me.
