Ugh I was going well for so long. Just needed to post this as a confession. Getting back on track. Damn peanut butter.

As long as your running average is a net deficit, a day or two, or twenty, of overages means little to nothing in the grand scheme of things, such as looking at it from a 3 - 6 month time frame.
Also, there's no need to confess if you don't hold calories or food in terms of "good" or "bad;" there's no such thing. Placing an emotional value to non-living things is what causes most dietary problems for most people.
Logically, calories are the units of energy intake and foods are sources of energy. You either take in more or less energy over time, and physiological changes happen as a consequence of either one; you can either lose or gain weight (fat/muscle/water/poop).7 -
I wouldn't focus too much on it.. just try to move on. If it happens often then you might want to think about why.

Wouldn’t worry about 700 cals
When u take down over 5k in under 30mins,
curl up and try not to throw up, that’s a binge 🙄2 -

Yup that was me last night. Maybe only 3000 calories, but lets say im feeling like garbage this morning! Time to acknowledge it and make better choiced today!4 -

Crazy im a small dude and have trouble even getting down 3k calories a day. Eating is literally the hardest part for me, I enjoy lifting1
