Ugh I was going well for so long. Just needed to post this as a confession. Getting back on track. Damn peanut butter.

    I wouldn't focus too much on it.. just try to move on. If it happens often then you might want to think about why.

    Wouldn’t worry about 700 cals
    When u take down over 5k in under 30mins,
    curl up and try not to throw up, that’s a binge 🙄

    Yup that was me last night. Maybe only 3000 calories, but lets say im feeling like garbage this morning! Time to acknowledge it and make better choiced today!
  • I’ve often been over by 700 calories. Try and forgive yourself and move on. Plus peanut butter is delish right?

    Amateur. One time I binged and it was 3,000 calories.

    Crazy im a small dude and have trouble even getting down 3k calories a day. Eating is literally the hardest part for me, I enjoy lifting
