Wow what a loaded question here. As previously mentioned, find meals you love that are loaded with veggies. I personally do well with chilis, sheet pan dinners, and wraps where the wrap is collard greens ;)

Currently running MAPS Anabolic, 3 day full body split, with some light BW stuff on off days. I hike and walk lots. Kinda sorta started running, maybe like 10 miles total in the past month, but I think I might drop it again 🤷♀️ I really do cardio as I feel. I do CX Work once a week (30min les mills) and just do ab 30-90…

I ran that workout routine for like 3 months and saw great gains. As long as lifts are going up incrementally, keep going.

Taught some Bodypump tonight! Altho this is not conducive to my lifting goals, still worth the free gym.

Hiked 4.5 miles today! We got a little lost and got an extra mile and a half in. Tbh it was hard in hot weather and since I’ve focused more on lifting, my cardio fitness has been way down. So glad to know I could get this done! Would definitely do again in cooler weather.

All, overtraining is a thing. For the majority of lockdown, I used bodyweight and light dumbbells (up to 20lb ea). And there were a number of sessions when I over-reached, did not recover, and ended up over-trained. Just a reminder to all doing BW, it is VERY easy to overdo it on pushups, pull-ups,etc.

Anyone else ever half-*kitten* a bulk b/c they like their abs? For example, some days I have bulking calories, other days I do maintenance calories.
