Ab exercises with bands? Interesting. Yea I did 1 full body so far and have another planned for tomorrow but tbh I am smoked right now. Still in phase 1 day 2 lmaoooo. Should I feel this fatigued? My body is very achy today and my sleep was not great which tells me that perhaps I was overzealous this round.

Any guidance you can provide on trigger sessions would be good. Do u change exercises per session? Per day? Per phase? I was thinking to do mainly legs and ab work during them since the program seems to lack them

Thanks for the questions. I have been doing PHUL for 2 years and just wanted to change it up. I don't think I could commit to training more than 4 days/week at the gym so was just looking for 3/day full body workouts. This seemed like a fun one, plus I listen to the Mindpump podcast so much.

Day 1 of Phase 1 of MAPS Anabolic. Would love reviews if anyone has done this before. I usually do 4 day week upper/lower split but moving to 3day full body. Is this ideal for an intermediate lifter in her early 20s?

I just listen to the mindpump guys a lot. It doesn’t have much legs tbh but I already have some good leg definition.

I ate the plate too fast :( but i just added all of those to my list to buy! although i have had bison burgers, Thursday's bison steak looks really good. For venison, 180 cal, 34g protein, 2 g fat

Well spent an active weekend with my parents, including biking 10 miles in one day! my legs were like lead. spent yesterday and most of today resting so i can teach my class tonight (bodypump). first time teaching since march!!

I worked at Mars over the month of October and they had us taste test new candy products on Halloween! There were pumpkin pie m&ms (ate a thousand), candy corn M&Ms (what's the point?) and glow in the dark snickers (I don't want to know...). That's all i can think of at the moment.

Little too much legs, probs did not need to add a hamstring exercise. But rallied and biked and walked a little today.

Funny about this. My apple watch was set to alert me with such a low RHR. i have also read that the newer ones will call 911 for you if its too low....i turned this feature off :smile:

Did some abs but feeling sleepy today 😴 still got 10K steps but I usually get like 17-18
