No I need to lose a lot of weight. I just need something not too strenuous, not a lot of heavy weight. Bad knees and piriformis muscle pain off and on. Thought maybe this would help.

I upgraded to fitbit blaze and am confused on how to record my fitness. I ride a stationary bike, sometimes recumbent and sometimes upright. How do I put that in my fitbit or should I just put it into my MFP tracker?
