Loving this lavash I got from Costco! Wraps and flatbreads are easy with this!

I just realized that I am now fitting all my old size 12 pants and medium size shirts. My next mini would be size 10! Also, I weighed in at 181, so looking forward to being in the 170s! This is so much better than red velvet cupcakes!

I know that feeling! It's awesome!

My favorite snack is cottage cheese with berries.

My family was poor and we ate processed food like Spam, government cheese, Tang and Kool Aid. We went out to eat once a month if Dad got his bonus. We walked everywhere or rode our bikes. And we were out playing War or Capture the Flag or Hide and Seek all day until dark if we weren't building forts or roller skating.

I had the surgery back in 2006 on my right leg. The laser treatment didn't work on me, so they stripped my vein. That was a little painful! Within a few years, I got other spider veins and a new snakey varicose vein. It hasn't hurt or throbbed like the old one but I notice my right leg tires easier.

I'd be curious about the recipes you have. My husband is a major Egghead - has two Big Green Eggs.

I've had several attempts. Once I even made goal! That time I caught part of a conversation between my then 3 year old daughter and her best friend. She was telling her that when they grow up they will be chunky with big boobies like their mommies. I was devastated. I did not want that! I joined WW the next day. This time…

Feel free to add me! I've lost 32 lbs so far. I'm about half way to goal.

My name is Naja and I am a sugar addict. Some time late last year it dawned on me that I was going to be 50 this year and I was damned if I was going to keep knocking my head against the wall with this weight/food issue. I realized that I had to do something I never did before - give up sugar. I lost weight in the past -…

That is a significant weight loss in a short time! Congrats! I suggest weighing in once a week because your loss will slow down in the coming weeks and it may frustrate you to see the difference in the rate of loss. Keep it up with the logging and exercising and you will see your goal!

I no longer crave sugar because I cut it out for the first three weeks. After that I no longer crave it. I still generally avoid food with added sugar. In fact, the other day my husband made his mom’s chocolate chip cookies which are a big weakness for me. I did not have any and nor did I want them when I smelled them. You…

I eat it mainly on heavy workout days. I love the steel cut. I add some almond milk, banana and nuts. I’m full and it gets me through the morning.

I eat one every day in the morning with oatmeal or cashew butter toast. It gives me a kick of energy like I used to get when I drank coffee. I usually get the smaller bananas or share with the dog. She loves them!

Hi there! I am 49 and have lost 28 lbs since I decided to kick my sugar addiction to the curb on New Years Day. Now I am feeling so much better, with clearer skin and fitting clothes I haven't worn in years. Reach out if you need a buddy!

A friend of mine lost a bunch of weight last year. When she hit a plateau, she said she tried intermittent fasting to help and it worked for her.

My carbs are mostly coming from veggies, nuts and I limit myself to 2 fruit servings a day. I also eat a grain with each meal - limiting whole wheat bread, rice and pasta. I try to stick with lower fat meat options because of my age - and it's just what I like. Red meat 1-2 x a week. I eat yogurt, cottage cheese and other…

I am having mostly healthy fats - nuts and olive oil. Avocado on occasion.
