Ill 2nd the beef jerky. My go-to is sardines (which you can’t do), but my backup is beef jerky, just watch out for ones with too much added sugar.
Also, is it the chickpeas in the hummus or something else? If it isn’t the chickpeas, you can do roasted chickpeas.0 -
I usually do a HB egg, Greek yoghurt, protein bar (occasionally) or crackers with a slice of ham and laughing cow cheese for my snacks. I like something with protein in for my afternoon snack.1

My favorite snack is cottage cheese with berries.

Protein bars - some have 20 or 30 grams of protein. Cottage cheese with protein powder mixed in. String cheese. Beef jerky. Presliced salami.0

String cheese, nuts (Blue Diamond cocoa and bbq almonds are to die for!!), Greek yogurt cups, jerky, protein bars, protein shakes (Premier Protein ones with a shot of two of espresso over ice—yum).0

Yoghurt, either plain Greek yoghurt with some fruit and nuts or one of those flavoured 'high protein' single serves. Beans or chickpeas heated up with cheese and nutritional yeast. When I ate meat I would do boiled eggs with ham (I bought up all the sale Christmas ham, yum) and chilli sauce. Quest bars.0
