Not nearly as impressive as the other pictures, but I've been doing the 17 Day Diet and finished the first round of all three cycles last week. I'm down about 6kg and have 14.5 to go.... Thought this would be a good place to share my modest success.

I'm new to MFP but have been using LoseIt; just made the switch. I record the exercise BUT I don't add it to the food budget unless it's a huge workout (e.g. I run a 10K) and I need additional calories to get through it. Even then, I don't eat the entire value. Hi! I'm 47 and 34 days into the 17 day diet. I'm trying to get into shape (finally). I wish I could say I had noble goals, but honestly, I want to date more and buy a Naama Betzalel dress (local designer--I'm in Israel). Happy to make some more friends to keep me on the straight and narrow.
