I'm ready to give up on MFP :(

The iphone app doesn't sync to the website, which means that anything I logged during the day, not to mention all of the local foods I scanned barcodes for are all going to be lost. User name is fine. App is just horrible. Any suggestions for me before I give up in despair and go back to Loseit? I like the community, but if I cannot record my food with some amount of ease, the program is worthless to me.

    It should sync, have you uninstalled and re-installed the app?
    Lots of people here are using iphone with no issues.

    I use iphone and dont seem to have a problem. It must be to do with the log in details. maybe get in touch with them? Dont give up!

    I tried that now and it seems to be working. But I lost a bunch of items I scanned in. :( Thanks for the suggestion though!
