All good!.....thank you. Just voicing my stand for my trainers I trust 100%, absolute Awesome at what they do in helping others, genuinely. Opinion of those that don't know me is not my business and never take to heart. I did open it up without realising to down comments re 1100 calories....so fair enough to all comments.…

Kinda gone off track my original question. OKAY yep! you all correct re 1100 and yes I know from caring genuine professionals, 1200 is recommended minimum for women. But that amount was hesitantly given to me as I want to achieve a goal in now 6 weeks... doing only for a short period tops. You don't know all conversations…
