    I get it. This is a message board full of people you don't know whose qualifications for advice are dubious compared to that of your beloved trainer. You asked for help and you were told things you didn't want to read but we are easy to ignore.

    You want the aggressive approach. You want to see results as soon as possible. You are not alone. We see lots of people come in here wanting to cut corners. Even if we are right you are only risking your health for a short time so how bad could it be, right?

    The thing that is foolish is that you actually are not going to lose weight that much faster. You have to burn 3500 calories to rid yourself of 1lb of fat. In all likelihood in 6 weeks you might lose an extra 2lbs maybe 3lbs at the highly aggressive rate. In my book that is a reward that is not worth the risk.

    But again, you aren't going to listen to us but when you start feeling dizzy why don't you listen to yourself and finally question your awesome sauce trainers, mmkay?

    Hello one and all, really do appreciate youz took the 'time' to reply to my post. Am new to all this calorie counting and have lots to learn along the way and chose what is best for me. Really enjoy my mfp journey and sincerely grateful for all your constructive advice. THANK YOU ALL for taking the time to share with me

    Why did you quote "time"....does telling you the truth you dont want to hear suddenly make it so they didnt take time from their lives to post their advice..? you did ask...
