You are getting terrible advice from your awesome trainers and team, or maybe they too are telling you that aggressive calorie restriction even for a short period of time can have adverse effects on your health and overall appearance. Whatever it is you’re trying to lose weight for in 6 weeks, do you really want to show up with hair loss, sallow skin, brittle nails and skinny fat? Plus so tired you can’t enjoy yourself? Have fun with that!
Somehow I don’t think you actually do APPRECIATE the advice you’re getting here and frankly you can keep your passive aggressive “blessings” and peace emojis. It may give you a feeling of sanctimony to rise above all of the strangers offering you direct advice from our own experiences, with no profit or motive like your awesome team, but don’t worry, we’ve seen plenty of new members also determined to ignore advice about safe, sustainable weight loss and adequately fueling your body. I mean gosh, who wants that?14 -
I get it. This is a message board full of people you don't know whose qualifications for advice are dubious compared to that of your beloved trainer. You asked for help and you were told things you didn't want to read but we are easy to ignore.
You want the aggressive approach. You want to see results as soon as possible. You are not alone. We see lots of people come in here wanting to cut corners. Even if we are right you are only risking your health for a short time so how bad could it be, right?
The thing that is foolish is that you actually are not going to lose weight that much faster. You have to burn 3500 calories to rid yourself of 1lb of fat. In all likelihood in 6 weeks you might lose an extra 2lbs maybe 3lbs at the highly aggressive rate. In my book that is a reward that is not worth the risk.
But again, you aren't going to listen to us but when you start feeling dizzy why don't you listen to yourself and finally question your awesome sauce trainers, mmkay?4 -
