Are you a runner or lifter? I have seen many "ragey" lifters but not many rage runners. Although that would be a site to see during a marathon. :smile: {I am all about the heavy metal and hard rock myself... especially when lifting weights. It helps get me through a tough set.

I love the STP reference. I am not sure if the suspenseful audiobooks would work much for me though! 😂 whatever gets it done right? Although I will say I have listened to podcasts as I have been running and it helps me as well.

I am working hard, hitting the weights 6 days a week and so yea I agree maybe eating is not “everything” but for me at least in the past I lost 42 lbs while working out all the time and did not focus as much as I should have on eating the right foods. I have read many articles that say quite the contrary. It has been working for me so far. Your body does not digest protein as fast. Look up the P90X fat shredder plan.

Great question. I am trying to burn fat as my body fat % is over 20% I am trying to get in under 15%. I am currently following the P90X fat shreader plan. I have been doing it for 5 weeks.
