I have a desk job, so I have this problem in a huge way. It helps me to have a snack ready to go at a certain time. For me, it's usually a yogurt or one of those "Kind" granola bars.

I'm in the same boat. 2 boys, full time job. This is only my second week, but I thought I'd share anyway. The first week I didn't add in any exercise. This week, my only goal is to get to 10,000 steps (counted by my cell phone) every day. Walking during breaks, lunch, to meetings, etc. So far so good! Next week, I'm going…

I am on day 6 of no regular soda (just 1-2 coke zero's/day), and no rockstar punch (was every morning). I have not killed anyone. I consider this success. So far. :smile:
