  • Yes within the last year I have been able to do some liquid protien. I take a high protien ensure now. I do have to be careful because it will knock me on my ars if it doesnt agree. Mostly i am looking for meal and snack ideas along with some motivation to stick with it.

  • Thanks out there for all the advice. It all helps. What we can eat and how it affects us is different for all of us but again knowledge is power and Drs can only help so much
  • That is something I am doing. I just figured why not try to find some people who deal with similar issues. Maybe I can lean something. Just looking for light exercise and some good diet options.
