That is so great!! Why isn’t it working for meeee??? I swear I’m eating less calories than MFP says (1400) for over 50 days without missing ...only 3.5 lbs down. What is wrong? I’m even exercising too!?! Ugh! I’m going to try what you doing, it’s very discouraging NOT to have the scale move!!!

@carolsoules hi!! I don’t know quite what to do about the macros...So if my protein for example is 175g , do I need to “figure” out foods high in protein and spread them around 3 meals, then repeat next day? thank you for your help! I’m Trying to get this right!?!

Actually it what gets me up in the morning ...I LOVE LOVE LOVE coffee. Been drinking it in excess for so many years, I ok with it:))

I’m 60 and staying on track, but wow it’s taking me a long time ..I’m “supposed” to be set up to lose 1 lb a week, with my calories ..I’m only losing .5 average. So for the month of April I’m down 2, not sure why I’m not losing a…
