Anyone else new and tracked for a solid week ONLY to lose ONE pound

1lb per week is a perfectly decent rate of loss, what were you expecting to lose?
Also worth noting weight loss isn't linear, it can be easily masked to start with by water retention.

I would imagine a lot of people loose a single lb in the 1st week .... some people lose less, some even gain, some lose more.
out of interest, how quickly did you put the weight on ... was it at a rate of 6lbs a week ? .. or was it more like 0.1lbs a week for 7 years ?1 -
