I was on Keto and my numbers were not good. I have gone back to tracking calories eating lean and clean foods. It has worked before, so now that I am 50, no need to get heart disease. Everyone is different and being in menopause means I have to do what is best for my body. Good luck!

After a 3.8 pound weight gain in 4 weeks and realizing my kidneys are holding on to water, I am just going to keep it simple and go back to tracking weight watcher points. It has worked for me without any issues so being healthy is what I need to do. Thank you for responding. Christina

I absolutely love step aerobics! My church used to have it on a regular basis with a toning class afterwards. I was in great shape! Great foods to eat that fill you up are: eggs with shredded cheese, brie, bacon, avocados, Kalamata olives, olive oil. I love to put coconut oil, truvia in my green tea. I find getting some quiet time and watch a favorite show, call a friend or take an Ibuprofen with a nap helps. I am single and my girls are grown, so don't have the husband and kid stress.
