I just keep thinking abt the progress I've made so far not just in the scale but in how I feel abt myself. And sometimes when I'm wanting to snack I just get on here and read everyone's success stories and it helps me to want to stay on track.

Me! I am 2 months pp. I got up to 220 while pregnant and alot of the weight just fell off I'm 186 now an I kno if I don't do something to get this weight down it will creep back up like with my first born lol

I'm just starting my journey also. Some good advice i was given already is slow and steady wins the race. That's why I set mfp from losing 2lbs a week to 1 lb a week I think that's the reason I failed at this b4. Trying to lose alot fast then giving up when it got too hard to stay under a low amount of calories a day.

I might try and buy some diet Dr peppers for me. My husband drinks cokes too so that's why we have them if he didn't drink them and have them in the fridge I know I could resist lol

I used to go to the gym and I loved going! I wish I could still go but I dnt have the extra money for gas getting there and the membership. Plus I have a 2 month old I would have to find a sitter for. I am just starting back trying to lose weight so I wanted to find some workouts i could do easily at home.
