    I just keep thinking abt the progress I've made so far not just in the scale but in how I feel abt myself. And sometimes when I'm wanting to snack I just get on here and read everyone's success stories and it helps me to want to stay on track.

    I try to log food before I eat it. Usually I'll log the whole day in the morning, then I know what to eat and how to stay on plan.
